Wong's cooking style is as diverse as her upbringing; taking her from Malaysia to Australia, India, Los Angeles and London, a journey that helped to forge the iconoclastic concept she's dubbed 'Rojak', which borrows techniques and dishes from cuisines along her route, with a grounding in seasonal British produce.
