We hope you never need to cancel a table&candle reservation...

...but if for whatever reason you do, we are happy to issue a refund if you let us know no less than one week before the event. For any cancellations within 7 days of the reserved evening, we are only able to offer a refund on the basis of reselling the reservation.

LOCKDOWN-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION POLICY

In the instance that a full national or local lockdown is implemented, we will be able to issue a full refund in the circumstance that the announcement takes place 7 days or longer before it comes into force. If the announcement takes place and is implemented in the same week, we will issue diners with a vouchercode for the value of their booking, to be used at any future table&candle pop-up.
