We hope you never need to cancel a table&candle reservation...
...but if for whatever reason you do, we are happy to issue a refund if you let us know no less than one week (7 days) before the event. For any cancellations within 7 days of the reserved evening, we will provide a vouchercode for the full amount, to be used at any future table&candle evening. We cannot provide refunds or vouchercodes for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the Evening.

LOCKDOWN-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION POLICY
In the instance that a full national or local lockdown is implemented, we will be able to issue a full refund in the circumstance that the announcement takes place 7 days or longer before it comes into force. If the announcement takes place and is implemented in the same week, we will issue diners with a vouchercode for the value of their booking, to be used at any future table&candle pop-up.
