ABOUT THE CHEF

Aaron Potter is the chef behind Wildflowers and Wine - an upmarket neighbourhood brasserie and wine bar concept & Wildflower General Store - a range of delicious retail food products.

Potter has worked in restaurants in London, New York and Sydney, but most notable are his positions as head chef at both Trinity restaurant in Clapham and Elystan Street in Chelsea- both of which hold a coveted Michelin star.

"Aaron is a truly great craftsman who brings both a wealth of classical experience and a fresh, creative and youthful approach to both cooking and running kitchen"  Phil Howard, Executive Chef and owner at Elystan Street of Chelsea.

The Chef is incredibly excited to be working with table&candle, where he hopes to showcase his love for cooking simply, serving food convivially and creating an environment where the company, the drinks and the music are as important as the food.

A selection of wildflower general store products will be available to purchase on the night to take home, as well as a selection of wines from table&candle's exclusive wine list.
